Aerie

A True Post-Production Partnership

Aerie operates at true retail speed, with seasonal overlap often requiring us to manage several projects simultaneously. To ground creative early, lookbooks have become a key tool during kickoffs, often extensive collections of mood boards, campaign references, graphic elements, and overall visual direction. These documents help align teams quickly and create a shared creative north star that carries through the edit and encourages pushing the work beyond the expected.

We are deeply integrated into Aerie’s production pipeline, having developed a hybrid process that prioritizes efficiency and clarity for both teams. We are connected through tools like Monday.com, Frame.io, and Webex for real-time collaboration, and we embed a project manager within our editorial team to handle ingest, file prep, delivery specs, and platform updates as formats evolve.

As with all retail work, deliverables are numerous and platform-specific, with additional placements often added midstream, making QC and version control critical. We also regularly debrief on market performance, reviewing metrics and outcomes to identify opportunities for creative, workflow, and performance improvements in future work.

Bath & Body Works

High Volume. High Standards.

Our work with Bath & Body Works typically runs on expedited timelines, often with a strong foundation of pre-production materials like storyboards and scripts already in place. Products are not always finalized by shoot day, so we regularly plan for and work with prototypes while still maintaining strict standards around color accuracy and product fidelity.

Creative execution ranges from live action to 2D animation, 3D character work, VFX, and fully integrated approaches, but the product remains the clear focal point in every execution.

Campaigns generate a high volume of platform-specific deliverables across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, CTV, in-store displays, and more, with additional placements like email GIFs or web assets frequently introduced mid-post.

That scale demands disciplined QC, with multiple rounds of review and tight coordination to ensure consistency and accuracy across every output. Bath & Body Works is highly collaborative and open to creative input, whether we are handling full productions end-to-end or stepping in at post to push the work further.

Feetures

Scaling Creative with the Feetures Team

Feetures came to us as a lean, highly capable internal team juggling a wide range of priorities and looking for a creative partner who could move quickly and think strategically. Our first collaboration focused on a broadcast :30 designed to clearly communicate the technology behind their product.

We began with a concept phase that included multiple creative directions, scripts, and motion tests. We worked closely with their team to refine the approach before ultimately selecting the final concept, which included the Bolt motion-capture and robotic control system. This gave the spot a fresh look and a production experience Feetures had not previously explored.

From there, the relationship evolved into an ongoing partnership. Using the footage we captured, we produced a wide range of deliverables over time, adapting to new opportunities as they emerged, from promotions and trade shows to shifting market needs and new insights. The collaboration remained highly iterative and fluid, allowing us to move fast without sacrificing quality or consistency.

Over time, Spacejunk has become an extension of the Feetures marketing team, fluent in their brand voice and visual language, and able to translate that understanding into effective video and animation across a variety of formats.

That partnership eventually expanded into conversations around longer-form, documentary-style storytelling, reinforcing our role not just as a vendor, but as a creative partner helping extend the reach and impact of their internal team.

DSW

From Production Partner to Creative Extension

We began working with DSW after being selected over several competing agencies, in large part due to our ability to deliver high-quality production locally and cost-effectively. DSW was actively looking for a production partner closer to home, one that could provide more access, flexibility, and creative collaboration without sacrificing production value. Our role quickly became end-to-end: concept development, scripting, editing, live-action production, and final delivery.

As DSW expanded their video efforts, we partnered closely with their team as a creative extension of their organization. We helped shape concepts, develop scripts and storyboards, and build out full creative presentations their team could confidently take to leadership. From production through post, DSW worked with a consistent Spacejunk team, creating continuity, efficiency, and trust across multiple projects.

Beyond large quarterly CTV campaigns, the relationship expanded into an ongoing editorial retainer. We organized and refined raw footage from third-party shoots into a usable content library, handled editing and color, and produced recurring social content to support monthly promotions. Following DSW’s national rebrand, we also partnered closely with their team to explore how the new visual identity translated into motion, helping establish a cohesive look and feel across video and animation. The result was a streamlined workflow, stronger creative output, and a long-term partnership built on flexibility and shared ownership of the work.
